These were ok. I didn't notice any difference or improvement in anything after taking them for a month. They also upset my stomach slightly even if I have eaten but that's the same experience I have with all gelatin softgels so I think I just need to stay away from them.

nice quality, the ingredients very good. i bought it because im dealing with a strong inflammation and i hope it will help me somehow to reduce the inflammation. i read that this can be very effective in this situation. i guess it will take time to feel anything. the size of the pill is a bit big but not hard to swallow, black colour without smell or taste
