Oil of Oregano, 60 Softgels

I started taking it along with berberine for managing my sibo symptoms. The first thing I noticed in the first two weeks of taking it was the horrible breath it made me have - witch after some research I found out is quite normal during the purging stage. I also had some brain fog and headaches but I attribute those mainly to berberine. Now my breath is way better than it used to be and I feel my digestion improving and my overall mood becoming better!! I started with one pill per day and recently increased the dose to 2 pills per day and no extra side effects until now! Will keep taking it!

This has the highest level of Carvacrol that I was able to find (what makes it work so well) and it is an amazing little supplement. You don't need to take it for too long, it's very strong so make sure to take it with food so that you don't start to feel ill. And read the possible side effects! Will definitely always keep some on hand.
