I bought this complex for my younger brother. He loved Ultra Potency before, was full of energy and never sick. This one is lighter, but he says he still feels great. I can see it’s easier for him to wake up in the morning. I am planning to get him any Alive! complex twice a year, he likes it. Specifically this one I will purchase again.
