Massive ingredients list. I take this as my multivitamin if I don't mind taking iron at the time. It has a minor taste but it is top quality and high potency. I take daily for a few weeks only and share with the family of all ages. if I cannot figure out what is not working with me I will take for a few days and it covers any deficiency. some times I will use as prevention before the winter months. dedicatedly effective. it is a large package so best to be stored in the fridge.

I haven't felt any changes yet. My appetite has just increased. I'm eating a lot. Just FYI I’m 40. And the pills were too big. It was hard to swallow.

I have took these vitamins twice already as a month course(daily for a month), and this helped strengthen my immune system since I did not get colds at all :D, it also helped with mg low energy levels. It has a specific scent but it is okay. The packaging is very convenient.
