I take many nutrients individually, and also take a one per day food source multi. I've tried a few and this is a really small tablet. I just began taking it so I don't notice changes compared to the other brand I was using. I do appreciate the small size, however.

I feel more energetic and notice overall wellbeing — better mood, more strength, and less fatigue. It seems to support my bone and immune health, which feels appropriate at this age.
