Easy to take just one a day. It has just the right amount of good nutrients in it for each day. Seems to keep him going strong and healthy at 75 years of age.

This new brand Ancient Nutrition seems to provide high quality of vitamins and I feel fine after taking it for a month. I am not sure if it's from food sources though. However, it's a little pricey for only 30 capsules. If you are looking for high quality and price is not an issue this may be good for you.

I love this brand and have a few products from them. This is a great multi vitamin with bio available ingredients including beef liver to help the body fill in those gaps needed. My husband noticed the energy it gave him after taking them for a few weeks. We rotate this one for the one a day easy option with less pills to take & the Men's 40± that has a few more ingredients in it but you take 3 pills a day.
My hubby and I have been using this multivitamin for years now. I love that it has everything in it and you only have to take 1 pill. It's really nice when it's on sale, that when i stock up
