Great quality, simply ingredients, and that’s what I need based on the book I read. I got several symptoms showing iodine deficiency. To avoid serious detox situations, I started with low dosage at least I feel safe to take this mineral. After a few days of having just 1 tablet per day, I feel like it is not enough and then add my dosage up to 12.5, together with other supplements and started to have detox situation, felt extremely exhausted, dizzy, brain fog and sleepy, then I know I got the right directly and feel safe to increase the frequency. But, by the end of the day, I switched to 50mg instead. This product supports me to improve my health issues, previously got headache before period, longer period for several months suddenly, depressed, no energy to work and always feel lazy + no mood….. after taking for a month, can benefit form this product. I love this brand of iodine and have been using it for years. I bought this as a lower dose for my teenage son and break them in half (they are scored) and give them a few times a week. Iodine is hard to come by in our Western diets, and this definitely helps.
I know most doctors recommend 1.25mg to start off with so I cut these into 4 and took the quarter with sea salt water which is recommended.
