I got it for my mom, at first she was skeptical caused it didn't contain sugar. She loved it! She started to understand the problem of sugar and learn to accept the healthier option.

But . . . I also have a tendency for high blood sugar. So this ketchup works perfectly in my diet. It has a high quality taste, very similar to regular ketchup. The ingredients include a sweetener that does not raise blood sugar. I especially like to use it mixed with a sugar free hot honey substitute to make an awesome dipping sauce for breaded fish.I highly recommend this ketchup for people who are on sugar-restricted diets.

I’ve been trying the Health Garden Sugar Free Ketchup (yes, I dragged myself into the condiment aisle for this) and it’s pretty solid. Tastes very close to classic ketchup — tangy tomato, smooth texture — without the sugar load. Works great when I’m doing a low-carb thing or just want to skip the sweet spike. Few caveats: It’s slightly thinner than some regular ketchups and you might notice a faint sweetener aftertaste if you’re picky. But overall? A good swap if ketchup is your condiment weakness.

Tastes just exactly like store-bought ketchup without strange flavors in some sugar-free products. Can use it without worrying there’s too much sugar while getting the same flavor. Definitely buying again.
When you see ketchup without the dyes used to make it red it’s quite startling. Health Garden makes high quality products with natural ingredients. The other ketchups use tons of synthetic colors and sugars and this does NOT. The 16 oz size package (bottle) is decent unless you have a huge family and use tons.
I like Health Garden Sugar Free Ketchup since it an excellent choice for my diet since it is low-carb friendly. It uses natural sweeteners such as stevia or erythritol. However, for those who are looking for an original taste, this ketchup may somehow taste less tangy than regular ketchup. In general it is a great healthy choice!
