The ingredients follow the RDV for necessary vitamins and minerals for pregnancy; the inclusion of 100% of the recommended amount of iodine was especially important for me. The serving size is 4 softgels per day, so it’s easy to break them up over the course of a day. Though, I do with they offered larger packages, to last more than a month/purchase.
