I blend Hibiscus and a few other herbs together to make a tea that I drink the entire week before my period. It has helped lessen the pain when my period hits. Research has shown it can influence hormone levels, potentially aiding in the regulation of menstrual cycles. This particular brand is excellent, I love how it’s organic so no pesticides in your tea

Great for lowering blood pressure. I have a clear teapot that strains as you pour, so it’s fun to put these various healthy ingredients in hot tea. I mix and match them all season. Huge bag! Will last ages.
Great quality and perfect size if you’re drinking a lot of tea. It tastes great on its own, but i personally prefer to use it as an ingredient by mixing with other teas. The health benefit is great too! I use this for my «period tea» to help with cramps etc. Great color too!
I have had so many different hibiscus teas and this by far is the best tasting I've ever had. I use the paper tea filters and cold brew this tea. It's better than fruit punch. I love it!
I am impressed by the freshness of this loose tea. Upon receiving it, I cut open the bag and poured it into a glass jar. It smelled so fragrant and fresh. I am excited to use the whole bag.
This makes a delicious tea, fresh, tangy and bright. We like it straight or mixed with chamomile or green tea as well. It is a good value for the amount you get. Highly recommend.
