The flowers were ordered for a friend. The package is a nice size with lots of lavender flower buds. The tea is caffeine-free. The aroma smells of fresh, clean, fragrant lavender. You will sleep deeply if you soak in it. It is very beneficial for relaxation if one has anxiety. I hope this helps someone.
i like this brand and their loose teas. i make a lavender simple syrup with this and make a rosemary lemonade. it's delicious. just make simple syrup and add a good amount of lavender. squeeze some lemons, add water and lavender simple syrup and a few stems of fresh rosemary. so delicious!!

Excellent ingredient, lavandula angustifolia, which is the original lavender (always make sure you're buying that and not lavandula x intermedia), great to use in tea, cooking, or baths. The package is resealable, so it's very practical. This provides excellent benefits, that range from soothing/calming properties to antifungal.
I use this to make teas and lavender-flavored ice cream, and it is wonderful! It has a fragrant floral aroma, but I did not find that it gave a "soapy" taste at all. Lavender is known to have calming qualities, so that's also an added benefit. I'd imagine you can also use this in DIY fragrance projects as well. It's a pretty generous-sized bag so it should last a while. Plus, it's resealable so the scent won't fade.

This is good to use to make your own herbal vinegars with a hint of lavender. You can even make an eye pillow to lay on your face and smell the pleasant aroma of lavender. Anyway you use it, if you like lavender, you'll like this.
