I like these vitamins. I don’t take them daily, I don’t think anyone should take zinc everyday. I take them every other day. So far I feel like they have helped me stay healthy during cold and flu season starting. So far so good. Quality:the ingredient is good I take it when I wake up with a little bit of food cuz it irritates my stomach but after few minutes to an hour I feel energized I’m not very consistent with it cuz it can interfere with the rest of my supplements but honestly I like it
I started taking these at the first sign of a tickle in my throat, and I swear it stopped a full-blown cold in its tracks. The veg capsules are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach like some other immune supplements. I've noticed I get sick much less often now that I take these consistently during cold season. It's a powerful, affordable formula that really works.
