The composition is simple and effective. The tablet is quite big, but it is still easy to swallow. To get 1 gram of calcium per day as a part of my health care protocol I take 3 tablets during supper. And of course, I add MK7 and D3.

Switched to calcium citrate specifically because it doesn't require stomach acid to absorb, and this KAL version has been great. Tablets are a reasonable size and I split the dose throughout the day as recommended. No constipation or heaviness, which was a problem I had with carbonate forms before. Good value for 90 tablets. Will keep buying this one.
