Quality is ok & price also. Very good ingredients: it contains a effective quantity of calcium and also D3 & K2! Suitable or elderly people. The capacity of the package is enough. The only problem is the size of each tablet! Enormous for me. I can not swallow it. Very difficult! I cut it in peaces every time. This is a bit unconvenient.

This product is the best combination in the highest absorption rate form available, and also in very compatible price. You likely only need 2 pills per day, considering the high absorption rate. You might want to have a separated D3 supplement, if you don't have another source of it. For the pill size problem, you should consider getting a pill cutting scissor to cut it in half if it is too large for you to swallow (not for me)
