One of the best magnesium supplements I've tried. I take it before bed and it helps me sleep. I can definitely tell when I forget to take it because I can't fall asleep as easy and I get restless legs really bad. It also helps keep me regular.

This high quality magnesium product is everything you want in a supplement with no bad ingredients The pills are just the right size, no bad taste. I wanted to add this because of muscle cramping but the other benefits are helping with eliminating regularly. Great packaging and the 120 quantity last you awhile.
The capsules are a good size and easy to take, and the overall quality seems fine. However, I did notice some mild burping after taking them, which was a bit unexpected. It’s not a big issue, but something to be aware of. Overall, the product is okay, but not my favorite version of magnesium.
