The magnesium gummies are quite good. The only thing I dont like is that they are too sweet. But it is good that you can take them 3 times a day- so it will be more effective. Chose the magnesium citrate so it could do its job, not like magnesium oxide that works for cleaning your digestion system mostly

I bought this for my kids as their pediatrician recommended we add magnesium citrate. We expected a laxative effect but did not notice any. Sleep seemed to improve for one child and not the other. This may have been due to the different dosages we were giving them. However, both kids loved taking these gummies each day and we will repurchase if they continue taking a magnesium citrate supplement.

Definitely helps with tummy trouble on days where fibre is low, without pain or diarrhoea that laxatives cause. Gentle on the stomach. The gummy tastes fine (especially not too sweet), does not get stuck in the teeth, and has nice pastille texture
