Vitamin B-12, 30 Capsules

I do think it works to help fill that gap of vitamins but taking all 3 pills at once is not fun. Makes me feel nauseous. I do intermittent fasting, 16-8 to be specific. So I’m going to try to take the pills more spread out. One at lunch, one after a snack and then one at dinner. If you take these on a empty stomach (like with any multivitamin) you will regret it, so be careful of that. Overall though I like the ingredients that use as that are very high quality when compared to other brands and I’m going to continue to use them. Update: I don’t enjoy really taking these I just feel off from them. I love the ingredients but I won’t be continuing.

I love that this products is made from high quality natural ingredients. It is effective in giving one that energy boost that is needed. The taste is not too strong. and it is a good size and and easy to swallow. I drink it in the morning an hour or two before eating or drinking tea or coffee.

another article of another brand about b12, there was no big change for me, I have intestinal problems, maybe I don't absorb b12, that's why it doesn't work for me
