I took this at a time when I was very stressed. I was hoping for some relief from my symptoms through the quality ingredients derailed on the packaging. It may have been doing some good internally- I couldn’t tell though. Easy to swallow capsules and potent doses.

I love the quality ingredients of these vitamins. The only reason I give four stars is because the serving size is 3 capsules. I prefer only 1 capsule.
