I love melatonin in pills more, but these are good too. I just get tired till the end of the bottle of the sweet taste.

I use it only when I seriously struggle to fall asleep because it`s not good to take a lot of melatonin at a relatively young age. But as an emergency thing - quite good. It`s a bit too sweet though. It`s always a good idea though to consult a doctor before taking any supplements.
