this is good for inmunity, the pills are a bit big, so can be a chalenge, however, the taste is ok and the effect is felt fast, no more colds for me!

I used this for months when I lived in the States and it kept me from getting sick. now I get it shipped to me in the UK and it's still doing its job. I haven't been able to find any other immune supplement on the market that has as many ingredients as this one. the pills are a little large in size, but they are smooth enough to go down easily. really high quality stuff, worth the price!

This supplement is a staple in my mother’s supp stack. The size is good, the ingredients are great quality, particularly the slow release vit C. This has great overall immunity protective benefits and its non acidic so gentle on the stomach. The supplement is tasteless. I would recommend for daily use
