Although the dosage is quite high, 3 capsules to be taken at once. What is a benefit that the capsules are made of liquid delivere system which grants fast absorption. Also since there is no taste. I planned to get an ultra concentrate, but wasn't paying attention. This one requires you to take more pills for similar effect. It's an okay quality. The dosage is 3 pills which gives 40 servings, and it's less than 60 servings of ultra concentrate. It does it's job. Though the size is too big for a serving.
