This has been very good for pain. I notice a distinct difference when I don’t take it it’s been super helpful for inflammation in my body.

Meaningful doses of boswellia, bromelain, curcumin, and quercetin combine to create this product which actually heals joint pain, not just temporarily masks the symptoms. This brand is gluten free with no junk ingredients and does rigorous testing to ensure that no heavy metals, aflatoxins, and other dangerous substances make their way into their supplements.

This was recommended by an integrative medicine doctor. She says this has the best combination of natural herbs for reducing inflammation. I take this instead of taking an Advil. This works every time. I have also used it before and after dental work and surgeries to help reduce inflammation as well. It doesn’t have any taste and the packaging is perfect to protect it from sunlight. Quality is fantastic doesn’t contain any fillers. Just great ingredients.

Tried this as an attempt to avoid ibuprofen and pharmaceutical type pain relievers for my osteoarthritis. Within a day and a half (taking 2 or 3 caplets twice a day), my joint pain was noticeably lessened. I take this daily now to manage stiffness, inflammation, and pain, and I absolutely notice if I have skip a dose or if I have forgotten to take it. It’s a bit pricey, yes, but for a more natural form of pain relief, it’s been a daily lifesaver. Mostly tasteless, which is great, just be weary of the capsules leaving a neon residue on your hands if you hold them in your hands for too long, oops! My only small gripe is that occasionally the bottle will have an empty capsule or 2.

Great option for inflammation, post dental surgery. I use this instead of Advil.
