I have been taking another brand and recently switched to this product. I can feel the great ingredients that benefit me. I feel my eyes are not as tired and dry, I only take 1 a day and it really helps. The taste is not strong and size is acceptable, so easy to consume.
This is my third time purchasing this product, within a month my eyes felt less dry and more refreshed. I'm not sure how it works but it's working for me. For context I'm young, but I wear my contact lenses for 10+ hours, and tend to suffer from dry eyes because of that. The ingredients seem to be of high quality, as they are working within a month.
Whenever I want a vitamin, whether it's targeted or general, I always go for Naturelo first. They leave out the toxic fillers, and go the extra mile to give bio-recognizable ingredients. If they've got a good mix, I'll choose theirs. I've been taking their magnesium for years. I've also used their multi for women. Both were heads and above the other brands. Only used this a few times; but, after taking it, my eyes don't seem to ache as much - not sure if this helped or just coincidence. Haven't noticed any issues with digesting it.
