My husband starting using this and about halfway through the bottle he realized his vision had improved. He no longer needed reading glasses to read clearly! It is a good blend of ingredients, the capsule is easy to swallow. 1 a day seems to be enough. No aftertaste at all.

The ingredient are great, combing omega 3 and 7 and other eye nutrients in one pill. It is hard to find an eye supplement with fish oil and palmitoleic acid in eye pill. The size of the pill is small and easy to swallow and no after taste.

As it has vitamin D and K, it saves me to have two different supplements a day - only one a day, once a day!
