Great! Whichever ailments I have, when I call her she always tells me to take more of this. But I rarely do because it tastes like candy and causes me to crave food. I don't really notice any difference but when I first started it, I was severely deficient and it helped a lot with balance. It doesn't help with tinnitus or anything like that.
Love this product. Been taking daily for many years. Helps with fatigue especially with Hashimoto’s. My younger sister and I both have this autoimmune disease and are both teachers. This calmly supports energy without affecting heart rhythm. Tastes yummy and easy to chew. Highly recommend for your well being.
I have tried several other brands of B-12 and none of them are as good as this one. Since I am about 90% vegetarian, I need to take this every day. The high dose level is helpful for me in keeping my nerves healthy. If you don't have damaged nerves like I do (from GBS) then you might want a lower dose.

I love Jarrow Formulas chewable B 12. This is maximum strength and taste very nice. Unless you have MTHFR or need a mega dose of B 12, you may want to start with a smaller dose, which Jarrow also offers. I do use this one due to MTHFR I have used this for years and rotate with Jarrow's B12 and Folate
