What I really like about the form this comes in is that it's easy to split up the dosage and test what works best for me and my metabolism. I think the quality is good and it does help a bit with my energy. I like the taste just fine, it's chalky though.
Hard to find form of B12. Great for MTHFR issues. I get tingly when I do not take these. They are very effective for B12 deficiency. They also taste wonderful. Source Naturals are always top notch in quality and I like the chewables that they offer.
