The flavor resembles a strawberry candy and dissolves quickly in the mouth. It's very good for maintaining proper levels. I recommend using it on an empty stomach for better absorption. Never use it close to coffee, as caffeine inhibits absorption. Always supplement 2 hours before or after coffee for optimal effectiveness.
