I have a mild pollen allergy and I usually find if I start taking Quercetin a few weeks before pollen season starts keeps my allergy symptoms at bay. This is has 500mg per capsule ~ a lot of brands have 250mg per capsule. Excellent if you can get it on sale.

it's just my to go quercetin. does its job to stabilise my mast cells and allergies (I have MCAS so it comes with oxidative stress, inflammation and respiratory issues...), ingredients seem to be of good quality. it's easy to take and swallow. it's a relatively small capsule. just perfect for me!

I take this for MCAS and histamine intolerance. Works the best compared to others I have tried. Price is affordable and great quality. Limited ingredient for those watching troublesome intolerances. Quercetin is a great natural antihistamine that I have added to my arsenal of supplements. The size is easy to swallow. Large quantity 90 days supply.
