I have been taking melatonin for the past maybe ten years of my life. This one was as good as any, quality is fine, dosage is my normal dosage, and I have been getting a good sleep when I am taking it. Taking it with water so can’t comment on the taste. Size of 250 tablets is ideal, I think, big enough to last a few months, because I am taking just one every day. The benefits of melatonin are all known, I don’t think I could sleep peacefully without it.
After taking this sleep aid at bedtime, I fall asleep within 20-30 minutes and I don’t wake up until 7 o’clock in the morning.
