this is a very nice supplement. Best results obtained when combined with vinpocetine (20 mgs/day) citicholine (250 mgs/day), and acetyl l-canitine (1000 mgs/day). Results will be seen within a week or two--not dramatic at first, but everything will seem a little clearer, you'll be a little more verbally fluent; the fog will be lifted a bit. Even more positive results after several weeks. Add a good B-complex (such as Country Life Coenzyme B Complex) for an added lift. Love the way so much more is being known about the supplements you can take to help mental clarity and tweaking mood and brain function. I have just started taking this to try it and think I will definitely re-purchase as like the way it helps my brain work at its best.

This is the only supplement I've found that contains Sharp-PS Gold, the most researched form of phosphatidylserine on the market today (another form was withdrawn because it contained dangerous ingredients). This form has been tested in scientific studies. Other versions such as Sharp-PS Green are meant to imitate PS Gold but it is unknown if they have the same effect. Personally, I do notice an effect with this supplement. It's not huge, but it helps. I feel my mind working more quickly and I can more easily come up with words, names, etc. It's worth it for me, although I wish there was a cheaper alternative.

When I take this supplement I feel very focused I like how it is PS GOLD because the effect seems to be alot more noticeable than regular PS

PS Gold is the only form of phosphatidylserine where DHA is woven into the backbone of the PS, making it more bioavailable to the brain. Helps to support healthy cognitive processes in the brain. But it's more costly than Sharp-PS and PS-Green which lack this technology.

I use this regularly. I hope it works as is hard to judge.
