I use this to balance our my gut microbiome. i eat all kinds of different strains of probiotics and this just happen to be one of them. the strains is what matters the most to me and not necessarily the brand. as long as the listed strain is unique and has variety then i am good. taking this is just as good for my bowel calming and smooth bowel movement.

It was good, however, a bit too expensive to take regularly. So I use a different brand that is more affordable and just as good quality.

These are such a great combination of probiotics. Great ingredient quality and a high enough concentration so even with your stomach destroying some you still get a great benefit from them for digestion and gut. I give a capsule to my cats daily to keep them healthy also. I take two myself. Helps me with my IBS-D and using for my cats has helped them with less stomach issues, anal gland issues and constipation problems.

This is great probiotic formula containing coangulans which is a spore forming probiotic recommended for when taking antibiotics, also contains L gasserri which helps with the stomach lining and also is said to help with weight excellent combination with all the other probiotics included
