Great product! I use it everyday. It definitely has improved. I’m more regular and I go to the bathroom more frequently. The taste is very light. I see an improvement with my overall gut health. The only thing I do not like is it’s hard to mix with your drinks.

Definitely a quality supplement that works, and it doesn't really have an overwhelming taste so i add it my protein shakes to help my gut with digestion absorb the protein better.
