I do not experience any adversities taking this vitamin with a morning meal. They do not upset my stomach, increase any urgency to urinate, or change the smell of my urine like certain other vitamins have. The pills are quite large in size so it takes some getting used to. You’d probably have to crush them in half at first otherwise be careful
