These dual release melatonin tablets are a small enough size, they are easy to swallow. I feel that although they are a slightly lower strength than my current/regular melatonin, they work better because of the dual release. I recommend these for helping to get a better night's sleep

To help me with falling asleep and staying asleep. I combine it with melatonin lozenges for a slightly higher dose and helps really well with trouble to sleep. I now sleep right through the night.
