King Arthur mixes are very good and consistent. The taste is excellent for gluten free, easy to use following instructions on package. Cooking time is not any different than wheat pancakes, good thickness. For me, be gluten intolerant, this is a healthy food and good value for my money.

Absolutely love this! It does exactly what it promises. I was surprised by how well it works. Packaging was thoughtful and eco-friendly. Would definitely buy again.

When I made waffles according to the recipe on the back of the package (substituting eggs for flaxseed eggs), the batter was so dry. I had to add quite a bit more plant-based milk before it became a more acceptable texture. The waffles turned out extremely hard, or maybe you can say, crispy? Not sure if it's a quality of gluten-free mixes. Still edible, but texture isn't the best.

they also have one that is not protein that is gluten-free. out of all of the gluten-free pancake mixes I have tried this one tastes the best. I like the ingredients and it's not full of a ton of sugar. It's the best quality one that I have seen. The protein one is a little bit smaller size than the regular gluten-free one
