I've been using Gaia Adrenal Health (Daily/Nightly) for over a year together with Thorne Adrenal Cortex daily, and I recently started taking Gaia Stress Response. As soon as I took 2 capsule, it has been a game-changer for me. I suffer from Adrenal Fatigue stage 3 and have been on prescribed antidepressants and sleeping pills since 2014. Due to my condition, I often need to take two naps—one in the morning and one in the afternoon—whenever I feel fatigued and can no longer concentrate on my work. My work and personal life are quite stressful, and this product has provided much-needed relief. I just started taking this and felt the difference in the first day! It was a major day for me and I knew I needed energy and help from possible stress and I was glad I drank this. I had our windows replaced and the house became so dusty so I was cleaning almost non stop for 11 hours! I even ended up skipping lunch but miraculously had the energy to keep going. A good mixed of herbs, it has Ashwagandah, holy basil both are the great ingredients for stress. The quality of Gaia herbs are indeed good one, they come in a liquid inside the capsule form. I am age 40, and a full time mom, i always dealing with mental & physical stress. This product indeed helped in my stress level. Please take for somet times, be patient to see the good result, and remember to drink plenty water, when you're dehydrated no matter what supplements you consumed also useless.
