This product provides all the minerals needed for a healthy life. They are natural plant derived minerals. I have been taking them for 8 years. I believe plant derived minerals are the best quality.They are of benefit because the human body does not make its own minerals. I take them daily in the evening so they can be adsorbed over night.
I bought this as it has a mineral in it that can sometimes help grow back hair for people with thinning locks (tin). I took it for one month and didn't notice any difference in my hair, but it was super easy to take and delicious, seemed great quality and I would happily purchase again. I bought it in July (Winter here in NZ) and didn't get single cold or flu that season (we were Covid-free at the time), which is an excellent added benefit.
I bought this on a whim because I have difficulty swallowing pills and cappsules. I wanted to a take a mineral supplement and found this liquid. It is easy to take and really has a pleasant taste. I mix it with juice, i.e. apple, orange, grape, mango, etc. I have been taking it about 6 weeks and have noticed that I have more energy, stamina and have a sense of well being and good health. My husband and friends have commented that my skin has a youthful glow and my hair is softer, less dry, and growing by leaps and bounds. I can't say these things are attributable to the Buried Treasure because I take other supplements and eat a health diet, along with exercise. However, I intend to keep taking it.

What is very good value for money, but Manufacturer should make it less sweet because healthy people are trying to avoid too much sugar

Good source of minerals and it's easy to take. The taste is good when mixed with water. I feel more energetic when I take it.
I'm taking this complex for my teeth health and remineralization. Luckily, it tastes just like grapes. I have tried fulvic minerals of brand Trace before, they were sooooo sour. I have just started yesterday the course, so cannot comment any results now, but I definitely enjoy the taste.
I was using another liquid mineral brand for the past year (Youngevity) and while I thought it was a good product, it included ingredients that I didn't think were necessary or beneficial. I'm so happy I found Buried Treasure! I think the tase is great (I take a spoonful straight, although they recommend mixing it with water) and the quality seems to be excellent. I had one small issue with the delivery from iHerb, so I contacted Buried Treasure, and they took care of it, answered all of my extra questions, and did it quickly and completely. I plan to try their other products, such as the liquid vitamins to go along with the minerals. If you can't tell, I highly recommend this product!
I have given this supplement to my children, the taste is palatable. Kids took it no proble I have not felt any visible effects but it is not feasible with this kind of a supplent. Great supplement composition to address mineral deficiencies. The packaging is convenient, good size great quality ingredients.
