This is great for the salads, my no-brainer. La Tourangelle is a great brand of oils. I have a different varieties. These oils never disappoint, highly recommend.

I've used this oil as a substitute for butter in coffee cake and it was very good! I have also used it to pan sear scallops, which came out great. The subtle pistachio flavor enhances rather than overpowers the flavors it's used with.
