The product is gluten and sugar free, great for cooking - I use it a lot to make tofu, chicken and vegetables with it in the pan and it all come out great. The fact that it's ingredients have no gluten and sugar free is great, the taste is excellent.
Very clean ingredients and taste is really good. It’s easy to use and I use it in every recipe instead of soy sauce! I also love to marinade meat in it before cooking :) The quality is great and it’s about same size as soy sauce and package similar.
As someone who cannot have soy, this product is such a blessing. I love using it for sushi or in my cooking. It is so delicious. I find it to have the right balance of saltiness.
