I love coconut aminos as they are a gluten-free alternative to other sauces and marinades. I like that this one is lower in sodium as some sauces can be quite salt forward. Pleasant taste and an easy way to upgrade bland dishes,

Tastes way less salty than a normal soy sauce. I think the flavor is more sweet, delicate and with a slightly salt taste in the end. I use it to flawor cooked fish, cooked vegetables, rice and rice noodles. Maybe it's a bit too different from soy sauce to use with sushi, I didn't like it. The packaging is in glass so it's a plus.

First of all, Big Tree Farms is a wonderful brand. I never knew that they carry an organic, less sodium coco aminos. There are so many uses for this sauce. Marinades, soups, stews, etc., come out excellent. You can use lightly due to the bright, abundant flavor. Delicious!
