At age 57, I’ve experienced severe gut motility issues after taking mirtazapine — a truly frightening drug, and nobody warns you about side effects like this. Food can literally sit in your stomach for many hours; I’m not exaggerating. Gut Motility doesn’t completely solve the problem, but its effect is noticeable — at least I can feel the difference when I don’t take it. The quality, formula, and ingredients are all very good. Even though the effect is mild, it’s helpful to some extent for managing this frustrating issue. The capsule size is fine — I have no problem swallowing them.

I tried these as I couldn't get my usual HCL from Enzymedica. So glad I did, although I still need HCL, this product has been very effective at keeping things regular and as result makes me happier!! Years of being prone to constipation means I am much relieved 🙂 Also it seems to help with hydrating the skin on my face, specifically chin and cheeks which fot years has been dry compared to rest of my face. Everyone is different, but I would highly recommend this product specifically and Enzymedica in general. I only take 1 a day and this is enough for me. They are bit expensive but I am enjoying the benefits. Capsules are easy to take and don't have any taste.

I have been taking these supplements for a few months now because of the SIBO and since ginger and artichoke have good effects on gut motility and MMC I started taking it and it seems to help with it by prolonging the remission state of SIBO. I take the dosage of 1 pill of this before bed and a few hours after dinner if possible. it can also be taken empty stomach first thing in the morning. it has shown some good benefits. the taste is just a little spicy. The size of the pills is okay. seems good quality with good ingredients.

I’m still new to using it, I just bought it recently. I don’t feel a big difference yet — sometimes I notice it helps, and sometimes I feel like it doesn’t do much. I haven’t had any side effects, no allergies, no stomach pain. On the contrary, if I did feel a difference, it was positive, and if it didn’t do anything, at least it didn’t harm me in any way. I think I’ll try buying it again, and I just wish the amount was a bit larger than this size., the ingredients its so basic, quality is good

Good digestive supplement! Good quality ingredients, no nasty fillers, I liked the effect of this supplement, it didn’t help me so much with bloating but more with constipation I would say, also maybe it depends on the cause.
