This seems to actually be helping, although I have to take more than 2 capsules and I also open one of the capsules into my mouth as well to cover the mouth/throat area a little bit. I am so grateful that another company makes supplements to reduce the harm from lectins, although I do wish they made a supplement with all of the ingredients combined. I am sensitive to all kinds of lectins at this point in my health journey, so I looked into which ingredients help the most with the types of lectins I want to have occasionally. Because of this, I ended up not getting the formula for my own blood type, and instead went with this this particular one due to the ingredients matching the foods I would need them for. The one for my blood type was missing ingredients that I wished to have for certain high-lectin foods that I don't tolerate well right now. Based on my experience, the blood type diet isn't ideal when dealing with chronic health issues, I can't say what I would tolerate once I've healed more, but in my current state, the blood type diet isn't for me. But these supplements can be helpful with a little research. Like I said, it would be awesome if they made a supplement that combined all of the ingredients from the Deflect line!

I guess I'm a little late to the game, but I just recently started researching the whole idea of eating for your blood type. I bought this at the recommendation of a trusted holistic provider and I use it whenever I eat something that is not appropriate for my blood type.
