The additive content is only much to high! fillers and additives: (Dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, and modified cellulose gum) That's why I give this carnosine supplement not 5 stars.

i am usung carnosine not only for longevity, but to clean up guts by taking it empty stomach, in the morning, and at night. this actually helps to reduce body pains. but as the guts get rid of the toxic, i felt weak and tired, a week after taking it empty stomach, i think as the toxic was clearing thru the bloods and other channels
