I like to take one of these when I think I'm starting to feel sick. I use a few other preventative remedies so I can't speak to their efficacy on their own, but with the regimen I've been using (umcka tablets, oregano oil, Source Naturals wellness formula supplements) I personally haven't gotten sick in quite a while. They taste pretty good too. I will continue to buy and use.
