Multivitamin One, 45 Capsules

I chose this multivitamin to try as has eye health ingredients too which is a bit unusual. I am very pleased with this supplement and my eye health has improved already. I have noticed sharper vision. Good variety of ingredients all in the one capsule and no nasty excipients. Highly recommend!

I have lots of sensitivities to things, mainly due to MCAS and oxalate issues from mold toxicity. I was looking for a high quality multi vitamin that didn’t have vitamin c because it’s super high in oxalates and flares me. Found this one and it’s great, I’m getting all the things I need but I’m not getting a reaction to it. Seeking health is such a great brand, I use their histamine digest product too and am always confident their quality is high!

I probably spent too much time researching multivitamins but with sooo many out there I wanted to be as knowledgeable as possible. It was during this research that I discovered the Seeking Health brand. Top quality at good at good prices. I ultimately decided on their Multivitamin One over the other finalists on my short list for a few key reasons: it's only one per day, not overload with super high doses, doesn't contain magnesium or calcium and low doses of B vitamins (so can dose all these separately), and really liked the company. I've since purchased other Seeking Health supplements as well.

The ingredients are the amazing quality and form. The vitamins are pretty high dose so you must check with a doctor. It should fix a lot of deficiencies. I like that It has a lot of the nutrients, vitamins and minerals you need. I don’t like the price though 😅

The formula of this product is very scientific, and the ingredient list is very clean. The brand is trustworthy. I will continue to use it.

I think it’s a good supplement with some solid ingredients, and I appreciate that it isn’t in tablet form. I haven’t felt a ‘wow’ effect yet, but I’ll continue using it consistently and will update.
