Multivitamin One Chewable, 30 Tablets

Really makes a difference w energy. The taste is tolerable to me. But the pwoder form is no longer avaialable, so this is next best thing.

It’s my 4th package. Simple vitamins with good effect. I would only remove artificial sweeteners. Overall taste is good and I don’t have any issues. I didn’t have any tests to check vitamins values but I feel better.

jittery anxiety feeling after taking it , like after 30 mins or 1 hour but overal very clean formula and great vitamin, the taste is jot chemical at all compared to what other reviewers said, i was kinda scared to order it due to taste but it tasted great

Size is big but it's chewable. Taste is ok. Natural form bioavailable b vitamins what i was looking for. Quality seems to be good. Plain ingredients. High potency vitamins B.

I appreciate that this chewable multivitamin is easy to take, especially since I have trouble swallowing pills. The taste is slightly acidic and a bit metallic, but nothing that can't be washed down with water. While it’s not the most pleasant flavor, I’m willing to overlook it for the comprehensive nutrient profile and high ingredient quality.

Really happy when I found this product. My daughter is 14 and can't swallow capsules unfortunately. Since she is a teen I feel that the kids multivitamins don't contain enough so I have been looking for a chewable with adult doses. Seeking Health has some other chewable like prenatal but they taste horrible due to some added licorice powder. This one is a bit tarte but way better. Like all chewable the doses of some b vitamins are a bit low and that is probably due to the bad taste. But I really like this one and Seeking Health is such high quality that I feel completly safe giving my kids.

Was told to get these by my nutritionist and it's the best one I've had. I take it with food and it keeps me awake for the day. I'm always tired in the afternoon, but not anymore. I can see why they tell you not to take within 6 hours of bedtime.

I take a lot of supplements and wanted to try something in chewable form, that is easy to take on a go. This vitamins are serving the purpose. I am sensitive to high doses of vitamins b , so take only one a day and take selenium, zinc and magnesium separately
