I bought these supplements as part of a cleansing protocol for my guts. And thank God I didn’t see any frightening worms leaving my body I was so scared, BUT! I did feel that my gut health improved after finishing the protocol. I also took ground clove supplements and black walnut hull. Afterwards I took mastic gum supplements, and they improved my IBS symptoms significantly. I would recommend.
