Tony's can be found on many tables and in many kitchens in Louisiana. This was the real deal, and the only place I've found where I can get this in Europe easily. I'm going to be ordering more of them soon :) Used for Jambalaya, gumbo, and all sorts of cajun/creole dishes. We also just use it to season eggs, vegetables, and tons of different things. Not too spicy when used in moderation, just gives a small kick and a nice salty garlic flavor with a bit of kick.

Hadn’t tried this brand before and wanted to give it a go since I had run out of my last bottle from another brand. This one is nice and doesn’t seem too salty, the last one I had was a bit saltier so that is nice. Good quality, I’d choose this one again.
