I have Tenosynovitis in my foot, it makes walking incredibly painful, my ankle is permanently swollen. This cream quieten down the pain so I can at least walk without grimacing. You need to be very sparing with it - a little goes a long way. I tend to buy 2 or 3 at a time, I fear running out of it. For me this cream is an essential part of my daily routine, it enables me for long periods. For this reason I’ve awarded 5 stars.
