One dropper full (suggested dosage) of this quality product will benefit your needs for lymphatic support. Made of natural ingredients, it tastes really good on its own, although you can mix it with water if it's too strong. I'm still on my first bottle, but I will repurchase if I continue to have issues.

I have lymphoedema and have decided that I needed to intervene with this. I have noticed that there is slightly less swelling in my ankles and I haven’t been taking it 3 times a day like I SHOULD! I am hoping that with prolonged use and taking it more often there will be more improvement.
Doesn’t taste so bad and can have it easily to help with my tattoo removal process! I think after I take a lymphatic cleanser the ink fades faster

this lymphatic support liquid is phenomenal. it reduces the swelling in my legs. it's such a great product but is out of stock frequently. I guess that's because it's so effective.
